This page explains what data is tied to your plan7 account, how to delete individual routines or your whole account, and what is removed when you do.
plan7 uses accounts. When you sign up, we create an account and store, in our database and linked to it: your profile (your email and language, plus profile details made available by Apple or Google sign-in), the questionnaire answers you enter, the routines generated for you, and — if you have purchased access — your access and payment status.
Your browser also keeps a local copy of your latest answers and plan so the app can restore your view quickly. That local copy is separate from your account data and can be cleared from your device at any time.
If you only want to remove specific plans, sign in and delete them from your account. Each deleted routine, along with the answers stored on it, is removed from our database.
In the iOS app, open Settings, scroll to Account, tap Delete account and confirm. The request permanently deletes your authentication account, profile, answers, plans and related records, and requests deletion of your RevenueCat customer and PostHog analytics person. If you cannot access the app, contact us through the contact page using the email address on the account.
Deleting your plan7 account does not cancel an active App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple subscription settings to stop future renewal. For Sign in with Apple, plan7 revokes its authorization when a revocation token is available. If an older account has no stored token, the app tells you how to stop using plan7 from Apple Account settings. Payment processors and app stores may retain transaction records where law or accounting rules require it.

The local copy is per-browser and per-device: if you used plan7 on more than one browser or device, repeat the steps on each one. Clearing the local copy does not delete the data stored in your account — use the steps above for that.
