About
plan7 started from a simple observation: most people who feel stuck do not lack motivation. They lack a system that fits the life they actually have.
These three ideas shape every routine plan7 generates.
Almost everyone knows what they should be doing. What breaks down is turning that into a plan that survives a real week of work, commitments and fatigue.
Generic advice and blank calendars put all the weight on you. plan7 does the structuring — it decides the shape of your week so you only have to follow it.
A plan you cannot keep is worse than none. plan7 is built around your fixed commitments, your energy and your constraints — not an idealized empty day.
You answer a short AI diagnostic about your week, your commitments and what you want to change. From that, plan7 generates a personalized weekly routine: seven planned days with an intensity each, time blocks marked required, protected or flexible, a sleep protocol that guards at least seven hours, clear priorities to reduce or pause for 30 days, and a handful of execution rules.
The result is a structured weekly operating document, not a to-do list or another calendar app.

plan7 is an early product in its MVP stage. It does one thing — generate your weekly routine from a diagnostic — and we would rather do that one thing well than pretend to be more than we are.
Because of that, we keep the scope deliberately narrow: it does not block apps or send alarms and notifications, and it is a routine recommendation, not medical or mental-health advice. Your answers and routines are saved to your account so you can come back to them.
We will only add claims to this page when they are true. If it is not written here, we are not promising it yet.
