These terms form an agreement between you and plan7 ("we", "us"), which operates this service. By using plan7 you agree to them.
By accessing or using plan7 you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.
plan7 is a tool that generates a personalized weekly routine recommendation based on the answers you provide in the questionnaire. The output is a suggestion for structuring your time and habits; it is informational and depends entirely on the information you enter.
plan7 does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. The routine is a general organizational suggestion. Do not use it to diagnose, treat or manage any health condition. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, seek help from a licensed professional, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
You must be at least 18 years old to use plan7. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can enter into a binding agreement.
Using plan7 requires an account. You sign up with an email and password or with Google, and your questionnaire answers and generated routines are saved to your account in our database. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. You can delete your routines or your account at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page.
You agree to use plan7 lawfully and not to:
plan7 offers paid access, including a one-time founding purchase and subscription plans; the price and terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase apply. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card details. Access and any usage limits (such as recalibrations) are tied to your account, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The plan7 brand, its software, design and content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. The answers you provide remain yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to process them and generate your routine.
The routine is a recommendation. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, level of productivity, well-being or other result. Your results depend on your circumstances and how you choose to apply the suggestions.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, plan7 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of plan7 is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use of plan7 after an update means you accept the revised terms.
