Plan your week.
Then live it.
Tell Plan7 your goal and what can't move. It builds the week around your work, sleep and the people you protect, then runs each day with you.
Screen Time · Calendar
6:30 AM
The alarm rings. There's no snooze.
Your week starts from three answers.
Plan7 builds the week from them, not from a blank calendar.
One goal for 30 days
Body, work, a project, study, money or something creative, turned into one measurable target.
What can't move
Work, classes and the commute stay fixed. Gym and family get protected, never cut to make room.
Your sleep
Drag bedtime and wake-up on the dial. The morning is planned back from when you leave.
See the math before the plan.
Plan7 counts all 168 hours first: sleep, fixed hours, what you protect and what's left. If the goal doesn't fit, it says so before you start.

Then it runs your days.
- 01
Seven days, each with its reason.
Deep work lands when your energy peaks, gym and family keep their place, and any block can tell you why it's there.
- 02
One screen, in order.
The block you're in, a live countdown and what comes next. Fixed hours stay locked; swipe a block to finish it, add 15 minutes or skip it.
- 03
Change it with one message.
Running late? Tell Plan7. It moves what can move, leaves what you protect, and shows every change before it lands.
- 04
On your Lock Screen.
The current block counts down in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, with its steps to check off. When it ends: Done, +15 min or Reschedule, one tap away.
Distracting apps wait until the block ends.
Choose them once with Screen Time. Plan7 pauses them during every focus block and at bedtime, and unlocks them the moment the block ends.
Your list stays with Apple
Screen Time keeps which apps you chose private, even from Plan7.
One breath before you open one
Need an app anyway? Take one slow breath, then open it for 5 to 60 minutes.
Mornings start with a mission.
When the alarm rings, start a short mission to prove you're up. Finish it and Plan7 opens your first activity; every morning you do adds to your streak.

Lights Out
Tomorrow is already planned.
At bedtime Plan7 shows tomorrow's first activity and pauses the apps you chose. Not ready? Ask for five or ten more minutes.
And the rest of the week.
Focus timer
Rounds and breaks on a ring, with an alarm when each one ends.
Zen Week
Seven days with the apps hidden, and three short passes out.
Calendar
Events that repeat every week become fixed hours.
Workouts
Say where you train and what for; today's workout lands as steps.
Tune my week
Rebuild next week from what you actually did.
Reminders
Plan the day in the morning, review it in the evening.
Ranks & streaks
Keep your wake-up streak to climb ranks.
Before you download.
What do I need to use Plan7?
An iPhone. Plan7 is an iOS app: download it from the App Store and answer a few questions to build your first week.
Will it move my fixed commitments?
No. Work, classes and anything you mark as fixed stay where they are. What you protect, like gym or family, is never cut to make room for the goal.
How does app blocking work?
Through Apple's Screen Time. You pick the apps once and Apple keeps that list private. They're paused during focus blocks and, if you choose, at bedtime, then unlocked as soon as the block ends.
Can I still turn the alarm off?
Yes. iOS always shows Stop on an alarm. The mission is what opens your first activity and counts toward your wake-up streak.
Does the object mission keep my photos?
No. Plan7 captures a short live burst, verifies the object on your iPhone and deletes the photos afterwards.
What can I change once the plan exists?
Anything. Edit a day with one message and review every change before it lands, or rebuild next week from what you actually did.
How much does it cost?
Plan7 is a monthly or annual subscription. The App Store shows the current price in your currency, and you can cancel any time from your Apple account.
