What we use

plan7 uses a small number of essential cookies together with your browser's local storage. They are strictly necessary to sign you in, keep your session active, remember your language and make the app work. plan7 does not use advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies.

Essential cookies

The following cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be turned off, because the service does not work without them:

• Authentication cookies (names beginning with "sb-") — set by our authentication provider, Supabase, to keep you securely signed in to your account and to refresh your session as you use the app.
• "plan7-locale" — remembers your chosen language so pages and redirects load in the right language. It lasts about a year.
• Payment cookies — when you go through checkout, our payment provider, Stripe, may set its own cookies to process the payment securely and help prevent fraud.

Local storage

Your answers and generated plan are saved to your account in our database (see the Privacy Policy). In addition, plan7 uses your browser's local storage for essential functionality — remembering your preferences and keeping a local copy so the app can restore your view quickly. It stores the following keys on your device:

• "forge.locale" — remembers your chosen language.
• "forge:routine:v2:answers" — a local copy of your latest questionnaire answers.
• "forge:routine:v2:result" — a local copy of a generated routine.
• "forge:plan7:v2:result" and "forge:plan7:v2:id" — a local copy of your latest plan and its database identifier, so the app can restore your view without reloading everything.

No tracking cookies

We do not set advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you across other sites. The cookies and local storage described above exist solely to sign you in and make the service work.

Analytics (future, consent-based)

If we later add privacy-friendly analytics or any non-essential cookies, we will tie them to a consent mechanism so you can accept or decline them, and we will update this policy first.

How to manage or clear your data

You can clear this browser's cookies and local storage from your browser settings; clearing the authentication cookies signs you out. The app also includes a "clear data" action that removes the local copies described above. To delete the answers and plans stored in your account, sign in and delete them, or see our Data Deletion and Data Requests pages.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
