What plan7 builds for your week

plan7 is not a to-do list or a calendar app. It produces a structured weekly operating document — seven planned days built from your answers. Here is what is inside.

Inside your weekly system

Seven planned days

Every day gets its own plan and an intensity — focus, standard, light or recovery — so the week has a rhythm instead of seven identical days.

Time blocks with intent

Each block has a start and end time, a type (deep work, exercise, meals, recovery and more) and a compliance level: required, protected or flexible.

Your commitments come first

Fixed commitments, transit time and how flexible each one is are placed before anything else. The plan fits your real availability, not an empty day.

Sleep and recovery protocol

The routine protects at least seven hours of sleep and adds a morning and a wind-down protocol so energy is planned, not left to chance.

Priorities and non-negotiables

You choose what to prioritize and what to reduce or pause for 30 days. Protected activities stay on the calendar as non-negotiables.

Weekly execution rules

Three to five short rules — how to handle distractions, when to start, how to close the day — turn the plan into something you can actually follow.

What it does not do

Being clear about the edges matters as much as the features.

  • It recommends focus rules; it does not block apps or send alarms and notifications.
  • It generates a routine recommendation and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health advice.
